We might see the reviews appearing over the next hour but I read last night that the NDA doesn't end until 1pm here in the UK (it's nearly 12 noon now). Not long to wait now. :D

It'll take a few weeks to hit AUS as well, and likely at insanely bloated prices.

It's not like I have the money to buy one now anyone so it's not so bad. Hopefully the price will come down buy the time I have the money at tax time.

I don't know who that is, but it looks bad at very high quality. It falls between 7950 and 7970.

Some play at max quality, not medium-high without anti aliasing:banana:

Apparently you're blind because it beat the 7970 in 2 out of the 3 tests on that page. Of every single game and benchmark they ran it beat them in every single one except AVP3.

Some of them being significant improvements such as Just Cause 2 and Lost Planet 2.

After a few drivers this will be even more the case.

If you average all the benches it's about 20% more powerful than a 7970, it's $50 cheaper, it's cooler and is quieter.

A friend of mine said that it is more expensive there than here..
But yea there will always be a price hike in early release, its normal here sometimes even way too high lol...

Im still waiting if it really is worth it, or just wait til august, since its not too far for me since not much need for me i can still hold on, its just the need to not wanting upgrading gpus for 1 - 2 years..

There's two ways of overclocking now, the normal way, or just set the power target:

I hope it supports the HD audio formats this time. It'd be a massive shameif it didn't.

Its not like i ever doughted you i was saying how its different rigs and all to make a comparison between yours and the other one was difficult.

Yeah i seen the mod but its a killer i bet :)
Too bad that they have to use an untouchable becuase they know it will blow if they pushed the stock pbc.
Speaking of which it was only a 4phase card they had

From what i read at lab501 its a cheap pos :)
