This driver gives me graphics corruption in L4D2 (stretched polygons) - back to 295.73. -.-'

Well this fixed the compatibility issues between nvidia and the latest intel driver for optimus based laptops.

this driver should be manualy installable directly by device manager for Win7.
Extract this archive somewhere on your computer and try like this anyway.

    Hi

I used your procedure and same thing.. :S

Btw do you have Intel openCL sdk1.5 driver too? Well it was also disabled in GPU caps viewer, its ok by 295.73.

Now everything works for me, even OpenCL.
I uninstalled the 296.17 drivers then I installed the 295.73 WHQL complete clean install and then I updated the driver as written by Mineria without uninstalling the 295.73 but just update directly from the device manager ! thx

    Thanks.
Thought it was obvious that you would need to have a ForceWare set installed since 296.17 doesn't come as a full install for Windows 7.
I updated the procedure to point it out.

Crashed badly for me giving a purple scrambled screen then rebooted went back to 295.73 and the problem has gone. Five crashes in the space of an hour when using IE10 so suspicious that its from a branch of drivers that had the 'driver stopped responding' problems. i'm not even going to try to find the problem as its a totally fresh install of win 8 CP and the problem has gone with the previous driver.

Its ok here no real problems yet, but i lost 1-3fps on avg in LostPlanet2 dx11, Resident Evil5 dx10, AVP dx11..
COD4 Mp ran fine, nothing unusual.

I thought it would be better with cuda 4.2.1, but so far it looks slower.

Waterfox (64bit)10.0.2 is ok too, no issues with flash content.. well i never had any.
