strange addiction to ... share yours

chilli peppers ,jalapeños,you name it.
it become pretty much an addiction when i realized i drove a few km to the nearest open store just to take a bite.and almost everything i ate goes with a chilli bite.even desert.
i always said that addiction are for weak,and one has control over his cravings.
oh,well ,life knows how to teach you a lesson.
nothing new,but feel free to share your addictions here.

I suppose my strangest addiction is to salami sticks. Any kind will do, from Pepperami to Spanish Chorizio or German wild Boer. Any good air dried/cured meat!

Same. I spend way too much time on the internet and too much time gaming...I need a more productive hobby.

 

True, But thats how we found ourself reading this in the first place!!! ...I Enjoy reading Guru3D Everyday...If someone finds that wrong then Flack them!!!...Guru3D keeps me Sane...I have learned a LOT from you guys/girls about stuff I like...Thanks...

Mine would be the gun range.
The muzzle flash illuminating the surround area. The sound of a round being fired thats heard even through your headphones. The rush of air in your face. The feedback of the gun as it pushes back on your hands which makes its way to your elbows, to your shoulder, then to your back in an instant. The "ting-ting" as the shells bounces on the floor after being ejected from the port. The smell and after taste of gunpower in your mouth. The smile on your face as you sit in the car afterwards. It's something a movie or video game cannot replicate. It's basically sex to me.

Also, DerSchniffles reminded me that I'm addicted to researching. Once I find a new hobby or interest (I have so many), I get consumed in it. It's the only thing I'll think about for a few a while.

 

electronics. basically anything i can tweak. i dont leave anythin alone. even if i know nothing about something, ill research it for hours and try it myself. my phone is rooted with a custom kernel and custom rom, its overclocked and has a custom script running with busybox, my tablet is rooted with an unlocked bootloader and custom rom.....i love reading about stuff. not much into computers anymore, the phone/tablet thing has kinda taken over that obsession.

im also obsessed with progressive trance/progressive house music. i love drinking beer and just loosing myself in it with my headphones on.

Sleeping and eating, checking forums.guru3d and failblog in between
O how I love sleeping... need to be more productive...

 

Sleeping is my favorite and of course one addicting I'm trying to get rid of or at least diminish ,the internetzzz.

 

Random science-related articles on wikipedia, the Guru3D forums, the internets in general. What can I say? I'm an information whore.

In fact, that's the only forum I'm active / browsing daily, weekly, etc..
I spend too much time at my comp, but don't have anything better to do, so.. meh

 

Black pepper. I cover pretty much everything I eat with it. Literally. Nothing tastes good without it. I've started peppering my cashew nuts (my other addiction) in it as well, which turned out to be a great success.

Also, everyone in the western world is addicted to the Internet these days. That's hardly a strange addiction.

 

Or, Cashew nuts rapped in a Cracked Pepper cheese slice.

 

For me it's that and pizza.

 

I can't put my iPhone down. It's always in my hand, in my pocket or in my body armour.
