Unwinder would You kindly tell me does Asus GeForce GTX 570 DirectCU II is fully supported/recognized.
I mean, core voltage and memory voltage.
Also do you remember what is maximum voltage for this card that you can set up.
I remember non betas doesn't support this card.
I don't have access to this card now, so I can't check.
    Thanks.

It was repeated many times that we don't support voltage control on custom design cards of other vendors. Use generic ASUS software for that.

    Fair enough.
Then how come peoples keep telling/reporting that MSI AB works with these cards.

It's just only not supported officialy?

EDIT: Nevermind, it looks like AB Beta 3 and up does support core voltage modification on DC 2.

Downloaded and verified, it is Direct3D9Ex application and OSD server doest't support this API. Most likely it will never be supported, this API is outdated, it was a temporary step between D3D9 and D3D10, it is replaced witth D3D10 and 11 now and it is the second(!!!) game in the world that uses it (the first one is DOTA 2). So i don't see too much sense in implementing support for it, sorry.

OK thanks, I didn't realise Direct3D9Ex was unsupported.

If I enable compatibility with modified Direct3d runtime libraries in OSD server, Mass Effect games become unplayable. MSI 560 Ti Hawk + 275.33 - 290.66 drivers.

Great new build, everything working well for me while using my 580 GTX lightning xtreme.

..well, apart from the sound when trying to record :/

Your "only thing that is less than optimal at the moment, is the audio-recording part of the program" is far from reality, audio recording part is in its final statee, it has not changed during the last few months and it will be included in the same form in 2.2.0 final build.

Read the context help for this option. It clearly says that it will be incompatible with some rendering engines.

Is there an option to disable it on program basis? This will happen with Mass Effect 3 also. I know I can make per-app profile with this enabled, but could you add an option to enable it globally, and disable it on profile basis?

You can easily do that by modifying the global profile. I don't see the problem.

If there is already an option in the GUI to enable compatibility with modified Direct3D libraries globally, I think it would be logical to have an easy accessible option to disable it in application profile. Not much...

You're misunderstanding something. As he said, you CAN do it.

Just tried Direct3D9Ex implementation and it took much less time than I expected. So OSD in Darkness 2 and DOTA 2 will be available in the next version.

Found issue with Zerocore and afterburner. When card is overclocked and monitor turning off, after monitor on - driver stop responding. And why 2D voltage has 0.949V instead of 0.8V when card has overclocked?

mmm.. On stock zerocore works fine. seems AMD need more time to make stable driver for tahiti :) Issue happens only on voltage change.
UPD. If enable Overdrive in CCC (just enable) issue dissapear :)
