Still, I'd rather see solid numbers then a graph. What's the settings? Resolution? etc

Squinting at that low res image it looks like 25x16 with 16xAF, and likely all maxed.

AA seems to change per game with some using 4/8 and DeusEX HR using MLAA.

Alien vs Predator, Batman AA (8XAA), Battleforge, Civilization 5 (4XMSAA), Crysis 2, Crysis Warhead (8XAA), Deus Ex (MLAA), F1 2010 (8XMSAA), Metro 2033 (4XMSAA), Stalker CoP, Shogun 2

I don't play either of those games nor do I run that resolution...would be nice if they benched Battlefield 3 at 1920x1080..

Would be nice. Isn't the 590 about 50% more than a 580? Then again its all speculation.

 

But doesn't the 580 get bottlenecked at that resolution? :3eyes:

 

Twice as fast or 2x would be a 100% increase. 1.6x is 60% faster, not 160%.

Constant speculation keeps us excited and this one has been fun to see develop. Can't wait for Hilberts review. Hopefully this series will be my next GPU upgrade. I want a single card solution too.

If that is the performance over the 580, then i might cave, but im not believing at present

Good to see its a tad shorter than the 6970 as well by the looks of it, so ill be able to fit one, just managed to squeeze my 6970 in, could just about get a sheet of paper inbetween it and my hard-drive cage

Also says the same as Charlie, 7800's are GCN's, and not Cayman (6900) shrinks.
