CFX is broken in skyrim for me with these drivers. setting the profile to AFR doesnt work either.
with radeon pro it works just fine for me.

I can't seem to access the Video Converter from these drivers. It's installed, but I don't see the section in Catalyst anywhere

Profiles does not work for me. I set some 3D settings, pressed "save" button, selected executable, and... nothing happened. "Application profiles" tab is empty. Am I doing something wrong ?

    AMD APP <> AVIVO !

    AMD APP = OpenCL driver
AVIVO = just video codecs / video converter

Cyberlink MediaEspresso uses AVIVO package (missing in some 8.93 beta drivers) NOT the OpenCL (AMD APP).

No reason it shouldn't, when you create a profile and save it then run the game the profile will launch automatically, just don't overwrite the built in profiles.

I had to uninstall AVIVO that came with these drivers, then downloaded 11.12's from AMD, installed them, rebooted, and won :p Video Converting works great :)

Control Panel ->Device Manager ->Display Adapters, right click on your ATI xxxx Series, Uninstall. Also check the box in "Delete the driver software for this device".

    Reboot.

I did think my loading times were much quicker than usual, I assumed it was just the new maps being more optimized or something.

So do I run Skyrim on my Tri-Fire 6950 setup in "default" mode, AFR Friendly, etc? I'm a little confused by the AMD Crossfire-X settings.

Hmm, for me it was defaulted on and when I switched it off, everything worked. You may want to try switching it on and off again. Until I did that, I was looking at 11-12 fps; once I turned it off, I was back up to 40-43

Dont change the mode / profile at all. When I did I got lots of messed up effects (black flashing lines). "Default" is fine and Crossfire works.
Dont run RadeonPro at the same time either.

FWIW, these drivers have no artifacts, flashing textures and a massive boost in FPS and ingame loading (ie spinning the camera or moving to an open world house). Ive never seen a driver provide so much performance increase, but I guess Im new to Crossfire. :3eyes:
