Hah gain from it. And if those drivers make a mess like just say broken uninstaller procedure, do you think AMD will gain something, maybe more unsatisfied users, think about it.

Lazy, what if everyone did that ?

And other peoples experiences are totally irrelevant to yours - how many people here have EXACTLY the same hardware and other software installed ?

    None

    For the love of Pete.

Gregorez: No they are not official, no AMD has not approved them for release, and no Marthand WILL NOT post any additional information. They are as-is.

If you don't like it, don't use them.

Some of us appreciate Marthand posting them for us to play with.

If you are uncomfortable either installing them, or fixing your system if and when they bork your video (whch they most likely will on the 1st go), then you should not be posting in this thread...

Lay off the guy fellas. This is starting to make you lot look ugly. He is just asking something. Although I disagree that Marland should share where they are from, it would be nice to be a little more reassured is all.

The last lot of drivers he posted I tried and I'm still on them they are that good (even though they don't uninstall in the usually way)

The guy is being polite and asking a few fairly valid points regardless of whether you agree or not.

    You guys are too extreme...

The drivers are "leaked" and/or OEM as they're not officially released by AMD themselves (unless stated otherwise). If he told you the source then most likely the "leak" will be plugged, meaning you wont be getting ANY releases.

Majority of the times these don't have installers because they were not intended for release/they are for testing, if you don't like it then use the WHQL released by AMD every month, its not hard. You can't use beta/test drivers and complain if they don't work the way you want.

This a forum, not every link/release of driver is official. Many people think just because they're posted on the forums they're official. Official drivers will be on the official website. If those don't work the way you want you complain to them. Beta/test drivers are at your own risk, if they mess with your computer then whos fault? who downloaded? who installed?

    :stewpid:

Long time lurker, first time poster.

    Registered to say this:

Gregorez is a obvious troll, he is politely comparing Guru3d to thepiratebay (due to link beta drivers on a forum??? LOL)

He complains things are not like they used to be?
(Really, beta drivers were always sourced and confirmed to be okay with AMD/Nvidia???? LOL)

Complains this forum needs a moderator (funny enough, this forum could use a mod to weed out a few people, Gregorez included)

He makes a few snide remarks and is more than happy to read your reactions,

Let Gregorez call his 'lawyer', i'm sure his 'lawyer' will be more than happy to bill him for his time.

    To Gregorez:

This drivers are released from a OEM Laptop manufacturer, Asus to be exact
They have the 'right' to release the driver to customers.

Amd doesn't care, never has and never will

    No law was broken

Satisfied? No I didn't think so, please go ahead and troll more

These are the same as what Martland posted earlier. Talking about the 8.93 driver.

Packaging might be newer but driver build numbers are older versions.

There are multiple driver version that are up for testing and they work on multiple versions at one time as well as the ones that are officially release tend to be older because they have to go through WHQL testings which take couple of weeks thats why preview drivers or performance drivers are usually the latest ones. But in terms of 8.93 8.92 builds they are builds currently being worked on that are different from the ones out right now (8.91x). Thats why you see a Windows 8 version flying around as well.

The drivers were already posted previously and websites such as softpedia find out about it later on and post it on their website so they're usually a day or two late.
