OK that's what I thought.... sounds reasonable to me.

 

I wouldn´t mind being a moderator just for the fun of banning people based only on a whim...
It should be a blast to make people rage because they´re banned for something really stupid... :devil:


But I have no time and no patience for it, so it´s a no go for me.

Yes, you get a bigger PM inbox. Limit is 10k messages. And yes, any modern smartphone with a browser is fine.

Every day if you're around. Doesn't mean you can't be away for a few days, but the more you're around the better. Besides, who actually spends time away from the Internet these days with smartphones and tablets?

As for time. Well, you don't have to sit around monitoring things all day. You get e-mails for reported posts. But you should have some time every day to go through the sections you're given responsibility over. As I said in the OP, you're expected to spend some time, and preferably participate some in these sections.

Beign moderator is fun when you can just do the work when you want to, cuz you're like a regular user, exept that when you see spambots n such, you can remove their thread/posts.

If you have to met schedules, then i guess it'd be annoying.

 

Well my schedule at home on a normal day is just:

- Watch a movie play a game
- Browse the web/forums, ...
- Repeat step 1 and 2 unless sleep is required

hell, ill throw my hat in. i tend to have a level head about things. i work from home anyways and im on here all the damn time lol. my posts per day say that much by itself
if im away from the house, i have my phone glued to my hand. so either way, im available 24/7

 

I don't think 3 mods is enough tbh. Why not more...say 6?

I personally would like to nominate a few people for the positions I think they are suitable for:

Hallyru - Pub
Deltatux (if he shows up anymore) - General Hardware
Svein_Skogen (quite a reasonable chap and Norwegian ) - Pub


Myself... I wouldn't mind being on the pub but I fear my time will start getting limited soon.
