I'm looking for a new gaming headset , limit 120$ I'm not really not a fan of the USB headsets so that's not an option. I'm looking for good sound quality, comfort-ability, and a decent price range. Any suggestions?
What sound card do you have? You forgot to put it in your specs on the left. I think the HD595/555's have a good rep for that price range. You could also consider the AD700's, great sound stage for gaming, i have them and like them but i don't think many around this forum recommend them. http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-list...8&qid=1321408399&sr=8-1&condition=refurbished http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-list...?ie=UTF8&qid=1321408551&sr=1-1&condition=used
Ah, you could get a Xonar DG, well worth it and very cheap. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829132020&Tpk=xonar dg
Why don't you just go Razer They will be good and have been making for PC for years http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826153051
I just spotted the Razer Tiamat 7.1 analog headphones. They are not out yet,but should be available just about anytime before Xmas. The fact that they are analog, got me interested. They are priced at $100.00 according to the info on the Razer site. These cans have 5 speakers in each cup as opposed to 4 in most others. [Psyko has 5 in the headband.] They look like they should be pretty decent. For sure the price is right. I will order a set as soon as they become available, and give my opinion. I know a couple of other guys here WILL have these as well. They know who they are,and so do the rest of us. Take a look and let us know what you think. May well be worth the wait.
Great news ESlik, Yeah, Razer are great for they specialise in PC headsets and other PC accessories regards, RagDoll.
Bro,I think I started a thread on those a while back.. Your late to the party again.. And of course I'll own them.. I thought they had 10 speakers but were USB tho.. EDIT.. I just went to razer's website and ESlik, your right ,they are 3.5mm,I'm all over it now for sure..USB for power.. The Tiamat 2.2 are interesting also, with 2 drivers and 2 subs...hmm
If you find them for sale somewhere, let us know. You may find them before I do. That goes for anyone here. If anyone finds these things, please let us know.
