Quadro/Tesla Driver v276.14 WHQL

Great driver for me and my 570slis setup, works beutifully in "RAGE", hmmm seems he was right, it was the drivers.

 

Any love for the X86 ???

I really wanna try this one, any1 kind enough ???

 

Its been long time since the last time I have been here and my noob level hits record high.
I have download the .inf but i don't know where I have to change the driver id in the .inf file. By the way I have GTX570.
I manage to instal the driver but the system still sees it as GTX570 ( I was expecting Quadro or something.
Please an light me.

 

Ahhh never-mind, it was pretty easy to mod the INF

you won't see it as quadro, how if installer detects your gpu string.. that's the purpose of this INF in the first place :nerd:


You can't softmod to quadro anymore, but yea it was possible with pre G80 gpus i think. Well i could change my 6600gt to quadro or to 6600XL

the purpose of INFs is to detect a certain gpu string (in his case 570gtx string)..it can't see it as quadro, how?

And to be able to detect it as a quadro you need to soft mod (flash) it first (idk to Quadro 6000 series), but this can't be done anymore since GF 8000 or 200 series.. or maybe it could be (i highly doubt it), but you need Rivatuner and that ain't supported with newer driver anymore.

 

I tried these drivers on BFBC2 and BLOPS and they stable and feels smooth but with RAGE i am having major graphical distortion and my FPS is 10-12, all 3 cards are being used though. With my older 285.38 drivers i have no issues except no SLI.

 

Go ahead a roll back then mate.

 

Ye, did so . Have to play with 1 card till a proper SLI update or game fix comes out.
