Great driver so far. 200 points more in 3DMark 11 and less fps slowdowns in Red Orchestra 2 compared to 275.33.

This driver is not working well with F1 2011 at all. Horrible stuttering after a lap or 2. Back to latest WHQL fixed it for me. This was without sli. So people with single gpu 580gtx might want to go back to 280.26 drivers for F1 2011.

I don't understand your response. You mean "the game is laggy" or "driver causes lag"? My solution was a driver change. That fixed all the stuttering in this game on windows 7 x64 with 580gtx single gpu modus.

The thing I have noticed with this driver after playing a couple of games it’s that it works well initially then after a couple of mins the FPS will drop to ~18FPS wile acting more like its 5FPS, if you press Esc to go to the in game options then return into the game it goes back to normal >40FPS for a few mins before the problem reoccurs, whereas prior drivers don’t do this.

^ force prefer maximum performance in NVCP/Manage 3d Settings/Power Management.

As for F1 2011 no problems here, I'm running the game at ultra with 2xAA on my laptop averaging 62fps without vsync, no jitter/stutter, just did a few laps in Melbourne, all good.
The problem however sounds like the old Ego Engine problem, the replay file which is saved in realtime on the Hdd, it tales up to 2gb of space.
But this should be fixed as F1 2011 uses Dirt 3 engine.
Also I may not experience this issue since I'm running the game off an SSD, maybe a classic data drive will cause problems.

you can fix that, delete that 2gb file and make another file with the same name (set to read-only).. you save some space and no more "abnormal" disk writing..

That looks like the gpu keeps entering in low3d mode..

I didnt have any real issues yet, ok apart from this small Flash player bug - 11.1RC fixed it.

They're good for me, Dirt3 looks cured no more CTD and runs smoother too.. FF 6.02 looks like its almost cured as well, no more "overheating" while browsing..

You can get 200 points more in 3DMark just from Defragmenting your hardrive, just to let you know mate:)

Its a driver issue. For the time being you can workaround this by forcing inspector into legacy process detection mode following these steps:

    - start MDPS, select gpus etc.
    - set the windows startup option to enabled
    - shutdown MDPS using context menu -> exit
    - go to the startmenu-startupfolder
    - rename the shortcut "NVIDIA_Inspector_MultiDisplayPowerSaver" to something different like "NVIDIA_Inspector_MDPS_Legacy"
    - right click this shortcut -> properties
    - add "-forceLegacy" to the params
    - start MDPS using this shortcut
    - notice that windows startup option is now disabled, take care to keep this disabled

The "legacyMode" is succesful activated if "Add from GPU process" function is disabled.

I'm aware, my hd is always defragmented. I'm just reporting performance increase which is result of this driver.

Yes but he do not know where he is talking about, because almost everyone
have a higher 3DMark11 Score with this new driver (including me, and i have
    install 3DMark11 on my SSD:)).
