I'd like to see improved SSAO support on more games and some other stuff like that (a tesselation factor slider for teh lulz for example).

Framerate cap doesnt gets to me : /

OMG, ur so hardcore that i have a hard on already, keep talking dirty to me :wanker:

If I had gotten suckered into buying a pair of 465's I'd be pretty mad too.

    The fact that he said

"Also I could care less ....."

Should be enough to tell you he hasn`t got a clue...or is american of course ;)...or both

This is correct for dev implemented triple buffering. D3doverrider doesn't use this method, and instead just queues an extra frame to be shown in rigid order, which adds to input lag.

Incredibly good news. I was already using third party software or vsync for this to keep my fans from sounding like a vacuum cleaner, but having it in the driver software itself will make me considerably happier :D

Properly implemented triple buffering is, unfortunately D3doverrider isn't. Not that it doesn't have it's uses.

I use dxtory a long time ago and i even bought the original license, but in some fast games as race07 capping means more tearing.

All this makes me wonder how on earth anyone were able to play a game back in 1996 and so... back than we just played and enjoyed.
Today there are a 100mio excuses for your negative kill/death ratio in FPS games... blame it on the v-sync.

A feature useful for 60hz monitor users so people don't have to waste GPU cycles on more than 60fps :/

Indeed! Also good for 120Hz monitors if you don't want to use vsync. Especially on older games that might run at 600 FPS etc if left unlimited.

On 120Hz monitor you could get a maximum of 120fps with v-sync enabled, and have a up to 120 fps great game experience AND without screen tearing, cuz v-sync is on :)

60hz + v-sync is kinda low in games. 120 fps + v-sync is very good. Basically lock the fps up to 120 in a game, you card, let's say could give 90 fps and this with v-sync on, means no tearing in up to 120 fps :)
