Yeah that is a little weird. I play Rome: Total War all the time and don't recall any issues due to crossfire - then again I don't think that game really needs more GPU power than a single card is able to deliver.

I think that is the common theme there - that these games are so old that even a single GPU is overkill, they probably felt that there was no point optimizing crossfire for those games.

w00t LA Noire and Max Payne 3 :) That's good they work on these games so early to avoid any problems with performance at launch, can't wait :)

    THANKS A TON!

Rome Total War & expansions has flickering mini maps on the battle screens unless Crossfire is disabled plus those games are DX8 so do not benefit from Crossfire anyway.

Serious Sam HD 1 & 2 both crash eventually when near water unless Crossfire is deactivated. This also occurs with Nvidia SLI and is a game issue.

Try forcing the Bound in Blood profile through RadeonPro.

Ok, no good here. Deus Ex DX9. A lot more stutters than CAP2 and more light artifacts as well. GPU usage has remained at 60% for each core. 11.8 official plus CAP2 was def better for me.

What graphic card you have? Cartel runs always at 70 o 100 FPS on my single 6870.
