Good Day :) , have you check if your cpu overclock its 100% stable ? memory ,Hard drives for errors and finally run the VGAs at stock clocks. Maybe changing the Crossfire Bridge with another ?. I hope you resolve your issue soon.

Issue solved by removing drivers and going back to 11.5.

No more BSOD's in 2 days already.

I guess I'll stick to these until 11.7 are out.

So, I'm guessing I don't need to update the list anymore, right? :p

Quite sure the issue is coming from the new driver for the AMD High Definition Audio Device when plugged by HDMI to a screen/TV since the 11.6.

Tried updating 11.6 to 11.7(b) but still had random freeze/BSOD while doing nothing or watching a movie Oo

i was about to try to fix it with a hammer, but before i uninstalled everything, sweeped the ati driver, then done a Ccleaner/glary utilities on the reg.

installed the whole 11.5b first as it was the last stable version, rebooted, then launched the install of 11.7b, but just updated catalyst control center and the display driver, unchecked everything else.

rebooted again, disabled AMD High Definition Audio Device in the device manager pannel just to be sure.

been 4 days and not a single crash since, crysis 2 working fawlessly aswell.

    VICTORY !

    Getting this PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA BSOD after upgrading from a 4850 to a 6950.

Solved by cleaning out the drivers and using the one in Windows Update.

Installation of 11.6 drivers will result in BSOD straight away and a reboot.

Was afraid that the new card had issues.

    UPDATE: installed 11.5 drivers.

I don't know how did you get that kind of impression, but there are hints that there is an 'official response' from AMD.

    And lastly...

(the link from that last tweet redirects to this link)
Just look at the 'resolved issues' list.

Responses from spyre in this thread are also an 'official response from AMD' in a way.

If by 'official' you meant 'publicly disclose the problem at AMD's driver download page', then it'd probably in 11.7 changelog.
