Aye but what he means is that on steam if they price something at $49.99 then they'll price it 49.99 euros as well.
Oh. Really? That's unfair... Well lucky for me, my Steam region is in USD, for some reason... On the other hand, I pay TONS for hardware. TONS. :bang:
so far picked up r.u.s.e which has been quite good...not as bad as i thought and splinter cell conviction n neverwinter night 2 plat. pretty good for under £20...
Now go play Hearts of Iron 3 as Finland and conquer the world. http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb309/Xendance/FinlandWinland.jpg
I've been debating about NWN2 it's a game I missed when it came out and always wanted to play it. Prob is I don't have enough time for another RPG ATM!
WTF - Terrania was 75% off and when I updated to pay for it, it jumped back up to 50% off instead?! I'll wait for the last day then.
I bought DoW2 Retribution for 14.99 the first time it went on sale. Now its 7.49 should have waited more.
It was a mistake on Steams behalf, it's back to 50% off now. Though Steam has cocked up like this a few times in the sale, and it's not paticularly fair on people in general. I was lucky enough to pick up a few copies of Terraria with it discounted to 75% off, after a few hours they changed it to 50%. Risen was another game that had its price upped after a few hours. I was going to buy Retribution for £7.50, everything looked fine until I got to the confirmation screen and the price had been jacked up. Luckily I pay directly with my card so there was no problem. If you check the steam forums you'll find a few people who added money to their steam wallet in order to purchase only to find they can no longer afford the product. I hope steam has the decency to refund them. While the mark-ups aren't exactly huge, it's the principal of the matter.
im trying to get BFBC2:vietnam but it kept giving me an error while purchasing, now its giving me a different one saying: "There has been an internal error initializing your transaction. Please contact support for assistance." anyone know a fix? :*(
Same feeling. I bought the Assassin's Creed pack for $50.49 just a month ago, and today the same pack costs $27.19. :bang:
Will do. I picked it up because it has HoI, Mount and Blade, Magicka, Lead and Gold, and some other great strategy titles.
Yeah steam servers are too busy to download the witcher 2... looks like I won't be playing tonight. When I tried to buy Crysis 2 through origin, it took 4 hours to process my request. lol digital distribution
Does Terraria play with a gamepad? (Please don't turn this into yet-another-keyboard-vs-gamepad question) "Yay" or "Nay" would be enough.
Personally I liked play Portal 2 with my XBOX 360 controller more than KBM ... since precision isn't really paramount in said game tbh lol. It promotes a more sit-back-and-relax feeling for me in Portal 2. As for Terraria, no clue, don't have said game. deltatux
