I noticed a "new" option in SMOOTHVISION HD:Anti-Aliasing "Enhanced application settings". But the option to select AA level is grayed out. Is that normal?

edit: NVM, just read in RadeonPro help page that this option is only ment for 69xx serie.

Fixed the HDMI bug I had with 11.6 and a little higher performance than 11.5 on the handful of games I just tested tonight - just a few fps better but it's consistent.

So these are newer than leaked 11.7 developer build, but they are 11.6b not 11.7...

    Great! THX 4 info.

These are versioned 11.7 even if they are posted as 11.6b on the hotfix site.
A branchs revision control doesn't get reverted, so since the developers chose to version this up to 11.7 it is 11.7 and not 11.6
I guess that the 11.6b hotfix part is only there cause AMD didn't feel that 11.7 was ready as planned, but since the prior 11.7 was given out and fixed some issues they chose to release it as a hotfix for the current driver.
Why do double the work and hotfix the current if you got a beta that does the job?

Well when i went into the CCC (not just that), i noticed all the text seemed a lot more sharper and bolder, really stood out, and the colours seem more richer to. :)

EDIT: Found some shots of the CCC i had taken, to show how my idle clocks were buggered on those developer 11.7's, but were fine on the 11.6's.

You can clearly see that the text is a lot bolder on the 11.7's, doesn't seem to show how the colours are more richer, but i can see that. :)

Looks like my atikmpag.sys BSOD's were caused by MSI Afterburner 2.2.0 BETA 5.

Reverting to 2.2.0 BETA 4 solved it I think. :)

Sometime, randomly, Sapphire Trixx can crash your system.
    I don't think it's Catalyst related.

Has anyone experience problems with this one not adjusting the fan correctly?

    Idle:
    Fan speed @ 30% - Temp: Around 65

    In game:
    Fan speed @ 33% - Temp: 85!!

Getting some minor artifacts in game and huge ones, when exiting back to desktop.

    o_O

    Running stock clocks (725/1000)

    Win 7 SP1 - 64bit

    Jumps to 40% at 86
    Jumps to 44% at 87
    Jumps to 50% at 89

    Seems high to me.

** Nevermind, seems oki. Did a Furmark in 11.6 MS WHQL driver and it jumps around 89-91 with 50-56% fan and no artifacts after.

Yea I had issues with earlier versions of it, but newest version + 11.6 was fine - MSI AB also does it

I think its CF related, doesnt affect single card setup

  19. Anyone getting lagginess with these drivers in crysis 2 dx11? Was much smoother for me with the 11.7Preview driver. Ima roll back - even though its the cap coming anytime now that will supposedly fix it, i'll go back just so its playable for now lol.

How can I reproduce? Running OpenCL Bitcoin miner and watching a movie with DXVA - no crash with these and earlier vesions.
