    Kcuestag is right. The performance is not normal. AMD will fix it at some point. I guess the problem is also Crytek that sleeps with Nvidia.

    Tesselation is quite good with the 6000 series actually. Uniengine Heaven proves it.

    You are just looking for trouble little boy. You got lost in the forum? Why the f**k would you read an AMD performance thread. Get a life. Meet some girls. Get a job for christ sake.:bang:

    Hell, who the f**k are you to tell me where I should post, if you don't want to read GTFO.

    Dude. Piss off. You have been off-topic for your last 10 posts. This is about Crysis 2 and AMD performance. I don't care if you have dick size issues.

    Now on topic.

    http://sdk.crymod.com/display/modsdk/Singleplayer+and+Multiplayer+Client

    I guess we really need it in config.

    My CFG

    g_skipIntro = 1
    r_UseEdgeAA = 0
    r_PostMSAA = 0
    r_MultiGPU = 1

    Putting object to extreme. I'll give you my fps.

    lol, you have no idea what you're talking about, the most performance hit doesn't come from tessellation, it comes from enabling the other "Ultra" settings in Crysis 2. Go troll somewhere else.

    :)

    Kinda funny. CAP is catalyst application profile for crossfire users.

    CAP are small executables. They are released every week or so.

    They are useless for single card owner.

    C.A.P. used to mean CrossfireX Application Profile: CAP Profile's are 'tweaks' for games ran in CrossfireX configurations. Improving image quality, FPS or any other bugs that exist due to driver/game conflict. AMD has recently renamed CAP to Catalyst Application Profile, which is essentially the same thing, just a marketing rebrand.

    @Paulo Narcsisco: I figure you's a troll but you can't help it, because you don't know it!

    To be fair, DX11 Crysis works very well on ATI hardware, and I'm not aware of it working better on Nvidia hardware.

    So anything they do will be a huge positive, but not required at all.

    You do realize that Nvidia equivalent of AMD cards, let's say GTX570 SLI vs HD6970 CF, the 570 SLI is performing almost double as good as the 6970 CrossfireX under DX11?

    They do have to optimize it A LOT to make the 69xx cards do it's justice... They're not performing anywhere close as they should.

    please check one thing. Hit Alt+Enter to go to Window-Mode. For some reason I get twice the performance in window-mode with 100% GPU usage(still same resolution, almost fullscreen). In Fullscreen only about 70% GPU usage and much slower. really strange, is it only me?

    I got a fps increase from that but only due to the fact that the refresh rate bumps back up to 60hz from 24hz, therefore vsync boosts the locked framerate to 60fps thus increasing its noticeable performance.

    ok, but thats not the reason for me. I don't even have vsync enabled and I have 60hz in both window and fullscreen mode.
    1680*1050, dx11, "extreme" --> I get about 50-60 fps in Window-mode, and about 35 in fullscreen

    Just one thing... where is the promised DX11 cap?

    UPDATE: Just saw on catalyst creator twitter that no new CAP for crysis 2 is coming out, its funny that he says the scaling is good when i have like 55 fps and my gpu usage is like 74% on both GPUs...
