Considering the 2600K offers superior value and the hexacore 900 series is severely overpriced, I likewise see little point in this model.
Pointless hexacore ... Intel's just trying to milk it or trying to serve companies who are locked into LGA1366 and can't find a reason to go LGA1156 due to budgeting. I have no clue why else they would bother. deltatux
