these are much much better than the latest WHQLS for me in the witcher 2, getting a pretty solid 60fps on ultra with ubersampling turned off using these and the SLI hex value fix.

1920x1080 yada yada. everything max except the damn ubersampling.

it still dips but I'm chalking that up to a real SLI fix that needs to happen without screwing around with hex values.

    so far so good.

Edit: I'm noticing some really grainy looking shadows now tho, I'm going back to the earlier ones to see if I spot a difference.

These new 275.36 drivers continue to perform very nicely in CoD Black Ops and during the gameplay every once in awhile I notice something that visually looks better than it ever did before, like a flame or a texture.

In addition to that I'm noticing the same type of Tesla smoothness factor that we were debating about a few drivers back. This driver's default inf file includes mention of support for Tesla cards besides the Quadro cards.

Witcher 2 runs smoother than 275.33 here.

So you're trying to say that's no difference at all betweenn the two drivers.

It's pointless to do IQ comparisons with jpeg's because they introduce artifacts due to lossy compression.

It would be best to use png format.

I'm thinking I can see the difference in those comparisons and the 275.36 looks better but the things I saw especially while playing Black Ops happened at a time when some special effects were going on like flames or explosions.

To me these drivers give a slighty washed out IQ,,lacking a little punch or something.

Tried adjusting using Desktop NVidia Color or YCbCr444 or Digital Vibrance or Gamma or Video NVidia Color or setting color range to Full in Video NVidia Color menu and then rebooting after all changes?

Metro 2033 Benchmark (1920x1080; Very High, AAA, 4xAF, Physx disabled):

    275.33:
Total Frames: 1706, Total Time: 59.74648 sec
    Average Framerate: 28.65
    Max. Framerate: 87.40 (Frame: 1445)
    Min. Framerate: 4.70 (Frame: 6)

    275.36:
Total Frames: 1844, Total Time: 59.69212 sec
    Average Framerate: 30.99
    Max. Framerate: 71.88 (Frame: 1775)
    Min. Framerate: 7.78 (Frame: 935)

Washed out image immediately noticeable in the bench.

Witcher 2 minimum FPS seems higher. I also used to get a slight stutter when I moved the mouse in circles, FPS dropped from 47-49 to 28. Now its smooth, remains at 48-50.

I had noticed a little bit of "washed-outness" (is that a word?) when I very first tested the 275.33 and again when I first tested the 275.36. After I just saw it was being mentioned here in the forums tonight I just now did some further testing. I'm set to Use NVidia Colors for Desktop and Video so I went into NVidia Control Panel menu there and fiddled with the Gamma but that didn't make Black Ops look like it used to so then I tried the Brightness in the NVidia Control Panel menu but that didn't make Black Ops look like it used to so then I went into the CoD Black Ops graphics menu and decreased game brightness and now then colors look as deep and vivid as I'm used to seeing from the past. So.....try decreasing your game brightness in your game's graphics menu and see if that does it for ya.

I'm a little surprised at your benchmarks because you have more frames in less time with the 275.36 but looking at the fps it's doing what I thought it was, it's holding up the Min FPS higher better than previous drivers and this is what really matters in a game, that Min FPS. That explains why I like this driver best for Black Ops.

EDIT: After playing another game of Black Ops I have to say again that decreasing the brightness in the game menu has greatly deepened the colors and now combined with the extra aliasing look of the Quadro drivers the game is not only better looking but it's now "drop-dead (excuse pun) gorgeous."
