Yes, that's quite informative... low details vs high details performance.

Finally something new, i got tired of 270.xx and all that "placebo" wiseguy remarks.. :infinity:

sounds good but why extra services running in the background.., why not release a separate update once every 2 weeks, it would be much better then to have another layer of possible conflicts...

look at the fps in the two screenshots, that would make the difference

Yeah who says that low settings on the new driver don't trigger the same problem ;)

I really find it hard to believe that such a massive improvement comes from a single driver. Probably on the first pic (with low details and low fps) game triggered some bug or some sort (or driver used was really BAD for this game).

Don't get me wrong, I love TW2 and I want to see it run at constant 60 FPS too, but it's hard to believe such uber change in performance is due only to driver optimization for this certain game.

Not sure what this is intended to demonstrate. Same settings/different driver revisions i could understand....

Not so impossbile if they made it behave better multithreading wise but they claim themselve 12% 12 to 60 fps is a little more isn't it ;) only 1 frame and afterburner/rivatuner fps result for that small part isn't really a scientific test @ all also ;)

Hehe yeah but we forget that HDD sizes were minute compared to now too. Still i'd really love it if you could selectively download components, remove 3D, remove Physx, remove HD Audio then just download the components you want.
