    No smoked 590s anymore?

Could it really be that reviewers killed their cards on purpose?

Not alot of sales and/or volt overclocking perhaps, not a big surprice really....

    You think so?

I don't know... Over at overclock.net looks like there's more people with GTX 590 then with Antilles.

    lol...ahahahahaha...you think so...???

why nvidia marketshare is shrinking then..?? one reason is the fail of 590 this year...think again next time before you talk...one fail, at launch always hurt...

    Same goes to you

GTX 590 is probably 0.00000001% of marketshare

One out of two 590's was overvolted on norways largest hardware forum, the one overvolted blew up, no one has tried it again... And, Afterburner overvoltage is blocked by drivers now, so this and the abysmal sales makes this a rare thing since everyone knows or are blocked from volting...

Here the price of the 590 is non stop falling down ( -100$ till the card is out ), i have ask the 2 biggest hardware distributors who are here ( not hard there's only 2 big group who have bought all hardware shop ), look like they don't sell really a lot of cards ( only few )

But for 2 main reason, the cards can't be overclocked and 2x 580 for enthusiast stay the best way, and dual gpu cards have never been high seller at thoses prices .. addition all the bad review have got the card, performance and problem...

the problem is not Antilles vs 590.... the problem is the 590.... why buy this card over 2x 580 or even 2x 570 ... it's a no go .....

" Remember the horror of GeForce GTX 590 going up in smoke while benching? Well, apparently NVIDIA has found a way to solve this issue completely without doing a quick fix through the drivers. The solution : a much needed hardware fix where the new inductors are added to the card. However, the new inductors are larger in size therefore a change to the baseplate is needed "

    http://vr-zone.com/articles/revised-geforce-gtx-590-cards-in-june/12222.html#

Now lets see the Die Hard Fan Boys Of Nvidia and what they have to say about this  , whoever believed the GTX 590 was fine is living a lie and is blinded by Fanboysm . More or less the same case as Intel P67-A Rev. Motherboards , there was a flaw in the design and they did the right thing and fixed it , everyone got a new B3 Rev. Board from RMA the oldP67 A Rev. ones and intel sucked it up , lets see how nvidia will handle this situation and IF " MAYBE " they will replace the old GTX590s with the new Revision coming out in June to replace the old flaw ones. Good Luck to all the GTX590 owners and I hope you can RMA your old GTX590 Revision and get a good new Revision working correctly.

No need to RMA the old cards unless they fail, if it dies now, then a new model should be expected, but replacing working cards now is just a waste of money.

Nothing unlucky about it at all.
If the card is working, then you don't need a new one, and if it breaks, then you will get a new one.

Would only be unlucky if the revisions were faster.

 You call 800/1005Mhz an overclock :giggle2:

Now go tell TiN and Shamino this " Non noobz and those with brains are OC-ing 590 " They will have a very nice reply for you ;)
You keep trolling with the same argument , whats your point ???

TiN Hardware engineer who works for eVGA ;)
" I plan to reinforce power curcuitry for 590, because NVIDIA design quite constrained in space and VRM may not fulfill our needs during highly extreme overclock. Extra power will be pushed to the center of card[/B] "
Thanks! Why do you want to unlock voltage control? Card will die 100%.
