AMD Catalyst 11.4c Hotfix (8.84.9 RC2 - April 27) Win7/Vista/XP x86/x64

Yeah, I can believe that!

Its true about crossfire, but that is a whole other argument. Also there are different crossfire settings that I believe still work that most people don't know about, toggling some of those would probably help. Also, there's different methods for the crossfire, I believe the most compatible one is also the slowest?...!

 

Looks like a new version of the 11.4c hotfix was released today, RC3. Page is up but download link doesn't seem to be working yet, though, just giving a "File not found" error at the time of this post.

a$$holes amd, idiots and morans, arrogants...1 day 1 night, file not found...that's professional...!!! WTF are they blind.? that's why they build top quality drivers.? they dont even check them.? now i understand why we have the same bugs for months, they didnt even starting watching over them...

is the RC3 driver fixed the mouse lag?

im too lazy to test it because i just installed 8.85 =\

 

I just checked and the RC3 drivers are NEWER than the 11.5 preview ASDER posted but that does not mean these are better or worse. I need to expand the display drivers to compare.

11.4c RC3 OpenGL version 6.14.10.10664
11.5 preview OpenGL version 6.14.10.10750 -- looks newer despite an older build date. Must be a newer branch in the works.

 

Any chance of a MobilityMod?

 

Shall I install this hotfix for my card ? Or shall I stick with 11.4 ?

This set has newer CCC, but 8.85 set has uber driver.:banana:

 

There is no point in doing that, 8.85 is better.

 

Thanks, may as well give em a go, but they ain't the 4th of May, they are 30th April according to the screenshot above.

 

In that case, any chance of a fix for the MobilityMod on that one?

I take it the screenshot above is not these May 4th drivers, as they are 8.84.9, where as the screenshot shows 8.85, so 8.85 driver from the other thread is the one to get ?

EDIT: is that mix of driver and CCC above in that shot, as the drivers dated the 19th, and the CCC is dated the 30th.

 

AMD loves to give the date of the packaging in the file name, ignoring the driver compile date, 8.85 was dated May 4 as well, packaging that is:bang:

edit: my rich friend install 8.85 and stay with that one, ignore the rc3 is a too old branch.
