This is just great. I installed win 7 sp1 now bfbc2 wont let me into any servers. I can login and all but when i try to join it says "connection to server is lost please try again" Ive been looking for a solution online. Tried a few things, deleted bfbc2 my documents folder, reinstalled Punkbuster etc. Nothing works. Any help would be great.:bang:
You "reinstalled" PB via PB Setup? There is definitely no inherent incompatibility or issue with the game and SP1...
i have the same problem, i updated PB as above and no luck. it only started working when i opened up the ports to the game.
Have you tried if Your Bc2 user name and pass is saved and asterisked out to re enter your password..did that to me after I installed crysis 2..or can you get into the game browser area?
Yes I can get the server list , just cant join any of them. Even tried reinstalling the game...exact same thing...wtf?
Seems that way. Ive done NOTHING to my pc but install sp1. Now bfbc2 doesnt work . found more games that wont work; birds of prey, unreal t 3
Try disabling UAC and Windows Firewall for a test (do a restart after turning it off) Any software Firewall Antivirus installed? Run the game as Admin manually
