Do you actually use any AA in that game?
If so what AA setting do you use in the game?
Try turning on some of the AA transparency choices in NVidia Control Panel/3D Settings to see if that makes flickers go away.

Try booting up your PC into Low Video Resolution mode (press F8 as you're booting up to get to that menu choice) and once you're booted up install that same driver on top of itself again then reboot before testing it again.

Yea this will update my driver for bfbc2 over 267.26. About the same performance but I´d say this driver is stuttering sligthly less.

Yay... I found my performance to be sub par with the 267.60 driver, rolled back to the .59 and now we have the .87. I am PUMPED IT'S EXTREME!!! :)

Oh and Hai2u team green. I sold my 5970 + 5870 and went to dual 580 gtx's after hating myself for two years using AMD.

Well, the problem has never happened to me which means yours is fixable.
Check out this tutorial at NVidia forums on how to fix the Control Panel and see if it works for you:

I can run control panel, this doesn't fix anything. I switched back to 267.60, no problem with them.

those with Control panel issue just overwrite the driver again and reboot.

Well this was nv recommendation if you have missing or broken nvcpl.

Ahh **** it... I've tried everything and I still can't get the flickering to stop..

I guess I'll just have to use one GPU for a while, until Nvidia and/or Crytek get their act together and release a proper set of drivers/patch.

Luckily I can easily run Crysis 2 at 2560x1600 very high with very good performance on a single overclocked GTX 480.

On a side note, I'm definitely enjoying the game. The gameplay is significantly better than Crysis, and while the graphics aren't as impressive so to speak, it's still pretty damn good.

And the performance of the engine is spectacular. I prefer it like this, compared to waiting almost 3 years to be able to play the game at 2560x1600 maxed out.
