Does this new build get the Seal of Approval?

HD5870. HD5970 its like 4 5770 lol.

Anyway, i'd think bout selling that HD5770 and buying a better single gpu card (just what im doing now actually, selling my HD5770 and getting a GTX560, anyway, partially cuz i dont have a mobo nor good cpu to CFX two 5770, you have both).

But if that doesnt suit you, all right, rig approbed, give it a good use (and keep it far from any console so it doesnt catch any disease :banana: )

 

lol, you're probably right about the HD5970 comparison. It's easy to get mixed up with all the HD series!

I'm just getting the extra 5770 to take the strain off my wallet.

Yup, they are an excellent combo ... however, do note that the P67 platform is DDR3 only and you listed that you intend to keep your DDR2, and it won't work together, so take the G.Skills that PinguX suggested.

The Cooler Master Hyper212+ is a very strong alternative to the Freezer 7 Pro revision 2. I have one sitting on my shelf, waiting for the i7 2600K and Asus revision B3 motherboard.

AFAIK, Newegg doesn't ship outside of their operating countries (US, Canada, China).

Strong build overall. Definitely go for the Samsung F3 and G.Skill RAM posted above. Don't hesitate to get a Corsair RAM kit if you find a better deal though.

Will I run into any problems if I crossfire two different versions of the Sapphire HD 5770?
