The sounds were pretty good in Shift so here's hoping it has improved with other aspects for the second edition of this game.
the game looks good, the graphics looks nice, now let's see how the cars handle..if there's no demo, i'm sorry for EA but i'm not buying this until i test the car handling..
I guess there wont be a huge change in handling from the first one, if they havent revised the whole physics / driving model.
In a preview I read yes they fixed the handling and the physics, its much improve and better to drive. They improve the damage model a lot, it looks better than Forza 3 or GT5, its close to Grid and now its also possible to flip the car.
i found this earlier regarding the game physics http://www.needforspeed.com/post/shift-2-unleashed-subject-physics?source=shift2
Very interesting read and nice screens there, thanks man! I usualy dont give much about pre-pr talk, but anyways, it sounds nice. IMHO its a good thing they let different race drivers from different disciplines play the game.
ya me too! still got damn near 5 weeks till release though ... march 29 is the release date as far as i know.
Great, lots of nissans, another reason to get the game! Cant wait to get my hands on the GTR again, awesome car! And i think i've spotted a Honda NSX in another pack of screens.
Reinstalled Shift and the Exotics+Ferrari DLC that got ported from the console version and I'll be realy disapointed if they don't give S2U ferraris to begin with! S2U is looking realy good. Deffo gonna get it.
That new Shift2 video looks great, the switch from real footage to gameplay is nearly flawless, and the helmet cam view looks great, hopefully it can make me eventually ditch my usual bonnet/bumper cam.
I am looking forward to this game. I like sim type racers but I found shift really fun and playable. I will have a brand new rig to play this baby also, perhaps I might grab the limited edition. Anyone else going for the limited edition?
