Here's what I noticed coming from 10.10 using 6850. Mouse cursor bottom taskbar glitch fixed. Clocks idle 300/300, do we really need 300/1000 watching a youtube video.

Need a couple more days with these drivers and I'll report more findings.

Now that's something new (for me).
Was it specific to the 6xxx series?

Forced AA through CCC doesn't work on NFS:HP.

That option disables ULPS, it does not disable CrossfireX.

Actually, I do (still, with 11.2,) have that mouse lag thingy, both on 5650 (left) & 5770 (desktop).

The bugs in various Catalyst versions are almost like Russian Roulette. =b

Why do you complain and whine at AMD? It's Criterion that screwed you over, not AMD. Your blame and anger is misplaced.

But yes I couldn't force override AA either. MLAA didn't work, edge detect SSAA didn't work, nothing worked.

Personally I blame Criterion, not AMD for this. It's nice Nvidia "override" HFS HP AA, not sure if it works or not, only read on forums. Odd thing where the side branch wasn't applied to all so only GTX 470 can mostly apply AA, doesn't seem complete either. Far as I know, no official WHQL Nvidia driver has this fix either. Just shows how messed up this issue is. Maybe AMD will do it, maybe not. Doesn't matter to me, when driver at those speeds in the game I don't even notice. I only notice in screenshots.

I'd rather have no AA in a game that has NO AA support than having textures appear all black and red on a GTX 570.

hmm tried installing this driver from remote desktop(this normally works fine) and now my remote server isn't running any more...

    great...
better hope it works fine after a manual reboot when I can send someone there and that AMD fixed my issues with 11.1A driver.

I agree, sounds like he likes whining as he doesnt see the benefit of giving you the user the control of everything. AMD isnt forcing you with degraded IQ, it gives you a choice to CHOOSE youre self how you like it. Some people prefer higher fps over IQ, and vice versa. So stop youre whining, too much ignorence in these forums already? :D

I dont get that issue at all, so dont take for granted that its a driver related issue. It could be(and I bet it is) something else.

Got tired searching for solutions in the forums every Catalyst release... :bang:

Why update a video driver on a remote server, "remotely"?
Its not like you need the performance when you're using remote desktop and as you have found, problems can occur.
Seems like an unnecessary thing to do and an unnecessary risk, its shameful to infer the driver caused these problems!
