    AFAIK it only adds support for 560 Ti, nothing more.

    probably this driver are the best for GTX460 users because it is from 560Ti

    Merely confirming the the assertions made by previous posters, hopefully that is causing you no undue consternation.

    I dont need inf, but could you upload a inf for others, otherwise we will have lots of "inf anyone?" posts, which take unnessary space. So plz?`;)

    Thank you OP for posting these.

    What are the eVGA cards you have in SLI? Just wondering? ;)

    Ah ok, thx. What kind of temps you got on the top card? My first card gets so damn hot when benching, easily reach 90-100c if pushed for long times. I got Gigabyte´s OC versions, I think maybe I should have taken two with the original coolers that vents the hot air out?? ;)

    Install trough device manager works fine. For me installer worked on my HTPC with my 9800GT for physx, but on my desktop with 2 GTX460 I had also issues with the installer? Dont know why, but It installed fine through device manager (as it usually does).

    Edit: check and see if youre 266.58 is international or english, so both are same between .58 and .66.

    @HaZe303,

    When I first got these cards last August, the top card would idle around 40°, the bottom card around 36°. Loaded with Furmark the top card would run about 70°, the bottom at approximately 65°.

    However, around Thanksgiving I noticed the top card began getting warmer (45° idle/80° load). I swapped positions but the same card was significantly warmer than the other.

    After several days, I found that the card would reach 99° in Furmark after 45 seconds, so I RMAed the card.

    Just before Christmas, the second of the two original cards began to exhibit the same behavior.

    I am loathe to RMA the second card because the replacement eVGA sent me is not even the same card (as in it is a different model, even though they say it is identical... but, I digress) and it will not overclock anywhere near as well as the original two cards did. Yes, I realize there is no guarantee of overclockability, before anyone feels compelled to point that out, I am fully aware of that point.

    The other original card works just fine, other than getting (in my opinion) too hot, as I see mid-90°s in games, although it idles reasonably cool (currently at 34° with an ambient room temperature of ~18°).

    Anyway to answer your question, the external exhaust may or may may not be beneficial. Honestly, I believe it may help keep internal chassis temperatures down, but it is not anymore effective (and maybe less so) than the non-external models for actually cooling the GPU.

    You said your fps went up but you didn't say what driver you were using before this one.
