I guess I'll give these a go when I get home. See if it's a step up from the 266.44s.

Yeah, ok I want to reconfirm after trying the 266.45 and then rolling back to the 266.35.
My system specs are on the left and I'm on Win7 64-bit.
My game is Black Ops multiplayer.

266.35 is top IQ and great performance and I'm staying with these.
265.90 is also top IQ and good performance and would be my 2nd choice.
266.44 is less IQ and good performance.
266.45 is same or less IQ as the 266.44 and good performance.

i'll try them to check if SLI is working in 3DM11

The 265.90 have been a great set, actually i use 266.35 and no sli in that benchmark above.

    fingazz crossed

after trying different drivers, they mostly look the same IQ wise to me..may I know how you can qualify one as having better IQ than another?

I believe it's the quality of AF applied to textures, however this can be a placebo and it's a grey area on Guru3D.

Ah, sure. After installing each driver I ran the Win7 Windows Experience Index thing in Control Panel then went into NVidia Control Panel and set the quality to High Quality, turned Vsync Off, set Limit Frames ahead to 2, set the AA to override any application settings and use 16x AA.

Then I created my own multiplayer server for Black Ops, Nuketown, Domination. I set a password so no one else would come in. I spawned in the map and looked around from spawn point perspective then ran to a well-lit area and examined how it did AA on the straight lines at distance and also the straight lines of things close. I'd crouch down next to them and look up and then at different angles. Also I'd run through the map in different areas both well-lit and darkly-lit check the colors and detail. I'd watch how the graphics update and fill in as I run through the map

People with different hardware and settings might get a different impression. Also I'm on a 40" Samsung LED TV which may give me a different impression than people using a LCD monitor.

^ Why use WEI? It's fairly pointless. Why not use a graphics intensive benchmark or run a few GPU bound high quality games and compare fps & IQ?

What's wrong with the 260.99 they released before? I've been using that since i built my computer and it is working quite well. My experience from ATI cards is that updating driver is BAD news!

My issue is that scaling isn't working. Also the Nvidia desktop color settings causes image corruption when you change contrast & gamma together. On top of that it's ancient for an Nvidia driver. I can't remember the last time we have waited so long for an update. We are talking about a 10/25/10 release date. All in all it isn't a big deal, but some of us like to test new drivers. This is Guru3D after all. :)

Well the Quadro drivers fixed the scaling & image corruption issues for me, but there's still that pesky crash issue I having with the latest Quadro/Geforce 266.35 & 266.45. When they fix the crashing issue I'll be a happy man. Though I rarely use the audio portion of the card, at least we can still install the latest audio drivers(contained in the 266.35 & 266.45) while still keeping older gpu drivers.

The 265.90 works fine in sli for me.

I'm getting the impression that the quadro and geforce drivers are the same sh***
