Don't you already have a gaming rig? If you want an Intel rig, wait until Sandy Bridge is out next week. No point in building anything now. deltatux
It is for my little brother. He wants to order it now. ;\ How's this : http://oi54.tinypic.com/vz802g.jpg Should I get the corsair cooler instead of that?
He can't wait 9 days for something way better to come out? I feel he might regret it if you buy now. I still don't recommend building right now. As for the motherboard, I'd get something better than BIOSTAR if I were you. Get either ASUS or GIGABYTE. deltatux
In anticipation of Sandy Bridge processors... Sandy Bridge i5 2400 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3-1600 Asus/Gigabyte P67 motherboard Samsung F3 HD103SJ (or HD502HJ) GTX 460 or HD 6850 Corsair CMPSU-650TX Cooler Master Hyper212+ DVD Burner Antec Three Hundred This build should be a bit cheaper, by maybe $50 USD or so. Including the DVD burner and case, it should round back up to about the same price as your posted build.
No, you build your own you lazy no good for nothing piece of ****! :argue: Then we can tell you what you should have done.lol
Do what everyone else is saying and wait for Sandybridge, why not considering it's so close. Go with a Gigabyte motherboard, I've never had one blow up on me and Hilbert even posted a video a while back of their quality testing, it seemed to be good. Edit: Off topic, but holy crap your core voltage is at 1.42V? Isn't that a little overkill? 1.42V is what I would use if I had water cooling and I was aiming for 4.5GHz or higher.
