was nice to see Rosberg pass his team mate around rainy SPA. Good race from Hamilton, Webber did well too. They're all lucky Kimi wasn't there, otherwise they'd have to add +1 to their finishing positions
Kinda sad for Alonso. The guy has superior car compared to what Kimi had last year and what's the result? Kimi sure is the king of Spa.
OK, can someone explain me how the hell Vettel and Schumacher completed an entire race on one set of tires?
Wait what... then how did Vettel jump from place 7 to place 4 ? I did not see Schumacher entering the pits...
Funny how Hamilton opened up the championship by one moment of utter stupidity in the first lap. And also funny how Vettel's engine did not only pick up again, but he also finished in front of Webber with a (near-)brilliant strategy after that. And Hulkenberg should have received a drive-through for constantly cutting that chicane. At least Webber got past...eventually.
Button did a great race having to Alonso during 3/4 in his back Like not any issue between them Congrats to Alonso & Button
Shame Button couldnt keep ahead of Alonso, did so great at the start and to keep ahead of him for so long! Still, this is the closest championship in ages - looks like it'll be a good end to the season
Eddie Jordan interviewed Bernie Ecclestone during the race for part of the BBC F1 Forum, 3 interesting points came out of it: -Rome Street Race is the next target for F1, yet sticking with a 20 race calender, some races will go. -Openly commented on concerns over Korean GP, saying cancelling it is a possibility -High Definition for next season is likely! As for this Race, not as exciting as I would have hoped for this track, obviously the result isn't what I would have like to have seen either lol. Heiki's Lotus fire was interesting though, could have been very dangerous if it had happened with full tanks. And very good drive by Kubica, should be racing with Ferrari or something if the roumers are true or not.
He was soo calm. I would of ran away from the car. He did a pretty good job putting out the flames. At this moment I think I will put my money on Fernando Alonso for world Champion. and 2nd choice will be Mark Webber.
For those who don't know, Qualifying Postponed untill Sunday, 2:00BST (Race at 7:00BST) due to heavy rain.
