    @japamd - AA is still NOT working for me when forced through the profiles. I've tested on a few games including those that use forced AA profiles and those that don't. It doesn't work for either. However, if I set the CCC's 3D to, say, 4xAA then AA works.

    Even if I set RadeonPro's Global AA setting to 4xAA it doesn't work which is odd because isn't that supposed to be the same thing as using the CCC's AA setting?

    Crash bug upon exit of LEGO Harry Potter seems to be fixed now though so thanks for that.

    Got it.

    About the Aero thing.
    Mmm, damn, so, it's a problem from my side. But, it is weird. Because if i exit the game correctly it does reenable aero, if not, it just doesn't. Anyway, nevermind, i will use the compatibility thing that comes with windows, not a problem at all.
    Thank you!

    Can anyone please check that RadeonPro is forcing AA in a profile please. Try something like Mass Effect 2, Ghostbusters or WarCraft III.

    Also I have a profile for Blur which has CrossFireX disabled but when I run the game the CrossFireX icon appears and the game uses both cards. I've also tested it with Star Wars: The Force Unleased too which uses a profile that disables CrossFireX and that is not being disabled either as the icon displays and both GPUs are being used. CrossFireX was definitely being disabled with the same profiles in the earlier builds.

    Confirmed, it will be fixed in next build.

    Good news!

    Please verify if Global settings stops changing after exiting games.

    Singularity with MassEffect profile activated AA using a profile. I don't have those games installed :(

    I will check the CrossfireX thing, thanks for reporting.

    BTW, did you tried a clean install this time too?

    LEGO Harry Potter with the BiAHH profile and 4xAA, which was working in the earlier builds, no longer works in RadeonPro unless I set the CCC AA to 4xAA. Nor does Singularity using the same profile.

    So forced AA *is* working in my games, just not through RadeonPro, only the CCC. :(

    No, I didn't. I did the update from v1.0.7.31 to v1.0.7.32. I'll try a clean install and report back.

    Test with CrossfireX mode Off in MVPUMode and Display Crossfire Logo on won't show up the Crossfire Logo in game.

    [IMG]

    If I leave CrossfireX mode at Use driver default the logo shows up.

    Hi, sorry for the late post... yup, the blue squares refused to get unticked but the problem went away with the last build of the program. Using it with the verde skin rigth now. Thanks :) (a zillion and counting).

    @japamd - Nope, forced AA is not working at all nor is the CrossFireX setting being used either.

    I did an uninstall with the [No] option, made sure the Program Files/RadeonPro and Users/AppData/RadeonPro folders were deleted then download v1.0.7.32 and reinstalled it. I then restored the profiles again (by the way the backup utility is not saving the trigger commandlines because I keep losing the -dx9 for both BioShock and BioShock 2).

    It seems like RadeonPro's settings are not being applied except for the AA/CrossFireX profile thing, where it renames the files, which is working. If I force AA in the CCC then I see AA in Singularity for example (I even tried the same Mass Effect profile as you). If I set Catalyst A.I. to Off in the CCC then the game runs on one card. If I try either of those in RadeonPro they're ignored!

    AA and the CrossFireX settings were working yesterday in v1.0.7.29.

    Not sure whether this will help but here are two of my profiles:

    LEGO Harry Potter:

    <Profile>
    <Property name="AntiAlias" value="1" />

    I'm not getting any crashes now since I deleted that duplicate Star Wars: The Force Unleashed profile from Users/AppData/RadeonPro/Profiles so RadeonPro seems to be installed correctly.

    @japamd - Is there any information I can provide you with (registry keys, etc.) that might help you identify my problem?

    I'll check the start parameters not being saved/restored, thanks for reporting.

    Please close RadeonPro and edit Singularity profile, change the 0 (in red) to 1, open RadeonPro again then try Singularity to see if AA is kicking.

    The AntiAlias field must be either 1 for "Application controlled" or 2 for override AA.

    I always get a "Error starting RadeonPro Support Service" when I click "Yes" at the question if I want to start it. I'm admin, UAC is disabled, tried "Run as Admin..." too, didnt work either.

    Looks like I need to keep an internal list of Favorites and Recently played items as the list is cleared when the program is opened because the program is using Custom categories. Not big deal thou, I'll fix it in next build.

    Thanks for reporting!

    Cool !

    You may like it even more if you get a second 5850 after :)

    The Singularity profile contents already helped a lot.

    I'm uploading a small change so you can test it to see if AA gets working again.

    The service is configured as Manual or Automatic Start in Control Panel/Local Services ?

    I did exactly what you said but it still didn't work. If I use the CCC system tray icon to set 16xAA then I get AA in Singularity when it is running as biahh.exe.

    This is the tweaked profile:

    <Profile>
    <Property name="AntiAlias" value="1" />
    <Property name="AntiAliasSamples" value="8" />
    <Property name="AnisoType" value="1" />
    <Property name="AnisoDegree" value="16" />
    <Property name="AreaAniso" value="0" />
    <Property name="TextureLod" value="0" />
    <Property name="TextureOpt" value="0" />
    <Property name="LodAdj" value="0" />
    <Property name="VSyncControl" value="1" />
    <Property name="EnableTripleBuffering" value="1" />
    <Property name="TemporalAAMultiplier" value="xxx" />
    <Property name="CatalystAI" value="1" />
    <Property name="FlipQueueSize" value="0" />
    <Property name="GI" value="1" />
    <Property name="AnisotropyOptimise" value="0" />
    <Property name="TrilinearOptimise" value="0" />
    <Property name="ASTT" value="0" />
    <Property name="ASD" value="-1" />
    <Property name="ASE" value="0" />
    <Property name="ATMS" value="-1" />
    <Property name="AAF" value="0" />
    <Property name="DisplayCrossfireLogo" value="1" />
    <Property name="MVPUVisualConfirm" value="0" />
    <Property name="_ForceVSync" value="0" />
    <Property name="_ForceTripleBuffering" value="1" />
    <Property name="_UseAAProfile" value="Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway|biahh.exe" />
    <Property name="_UseCrossfireProfile" value="" />
    <Property name="_ShowFPS" value="0" />
    <Property name="_ShowCorner" value="0" />
    <Property name="_Exes" value="" />
    <Property name="_Affinity" value="255" />
    <Property name="_ForceHighPriority" value="0" />
    <Property name="_OverclockProfile" value="0" />
    </Profile>

    I noticed that the AnisoType value was also 0 so I changed that to 1. The Singularity profile showed AA as MSAA so why did it originally show 0. In fact, how can it show 0. What does 0 mean for AA?

    I deactivated it in "msconfig", I guess that was too much. :p Saying "deactivated" in services. Set it on "manual" now, now RadeonPro can start it again. Thanks. :)

    I thought I just deactivated the automatic start of the service, didn't know I completely deactivated it.

    The profile seems to be ok. Sorry about asking you to edit the profile, I've just looked at the code and AntiAlias field is being handled internally regardless value on profile XML file, so it should be working.

    I've just uploaded build 1.0.7.33 with a small change, please let me know if AA works with this new build.

    Thanks.

    Good to know, I'll try to put some verification in the program to let the user know that the service must not be disabled in Local services.

    Thanks.

    @japamd - THANK YOU, thank you, thank you!!! AA is now working properly in the two games I tested, Singularity and LEGO Harry Potter. I really appreciate you taking the time to fix this issue even if seemed like I was the only one experiencing it. :D

    By the way, I haven't noticed the global settings changing in the last few builds either so it's looking very promising.

    Can we make v1.0.7.33 the final official release now and not change anything else? ;)

    Minor bug under Programs > Manage 3D Settings. AA Level when Filter is set to CFAA shows Use global settings, 12x, 24x, 16x. When you select 16x it disappears from the list. Should it even be there or does CrossFireX allow 32x?

    Also I seem to have lost the Ruby and Ruby2 skins and only have Classic and Verde. They're in the Skins folder but not showing at all in the skin selector.
