Freedom of speech as it is applied in basically every country has limitations. Yelling "fire" in a theater (when there is none) in the U.S. will not be protected. Telling someone that you intend to hurt or kill them, in definite terms, is also not protected. In the end, it's "mostly-free speech." And I prefer it that way. Killing off racist remarks and sexism might seem nominal, but IMO, it'd be a great way to make progress and reduce racist/sexist mindsets.

I couldn't care less if you're yelling your thoughts unprovoked or not. That's not the issue. The entire issue is your thoughts.

Wikileaks 'to release video of US strike on Afghan civilians'

The video apparently shows previously classified footage from US warplanes called in to bomb Taliban fighters during a fire fight in Farah province last year.
The Afghan government said at the time that the strikes by F-18 and B1 planes near Granai killed 147 civilians. An independent Afghan inquiry later put the toll at 86.
