I wanted to post a question maybe being a bit silly but here is the hypothetical scenario. Who do you think would win a fight hand to hand with the strongest human and skilled fighter in the world versus a Grizzly bear that is muzzled and declawed. Just curious. What do you think?
Muzzled and Declawed? The human would win, superior tactics. Without the bite or claws, the only thing a bear would be able to do is club you with his paws. Now with the lack of advance fighting skills, the bear is at a serious disadvantage. Think Jet Li vs a WWF wrestler, Sure the wrestler has size and weight, but Jet Li would have the skill. Now then if the bear was unmuzzled and fully clawed, the bear would have the ripping/slashing to his advantage, only then would it be even. The lack of skill and tactics, but natural weaponry. Else fighting a clawless bear is like 10 pace dueling against a man with an unloaded gun. At most he could throw it at you.
now i looked up stats of different kind of bears not just the big gizzlies and polar bears but smaller black bears as well, the average came out to be 500lbs for a male and 350 for a female and average height of 6ft average male is 5'8 165 lbs (world average) so declawed and muzzled doesnt matter who you are if a bear grabs you or hits you, you are fu$#ed
Bear paw + human skull = bear victory! Human has no chance, you'd punch it and it wouldn't even know, and if it did, it wouldn't stop and worry if it's cracked a rib lol
think it this way.. a gorilla is over 10x stronger than the strongest man on earth, yet a single bear paw blow to the gorilla could kill him instantly, if you remove the claws the blow won't be immediatly fatal, but serious injury is possible, besides the bear is rich on fat and this works as a cushion to protect him. if you remove the claws, the gorilla might actually win. also keep in mind the bear's weight, if the bear simply drops on the man, he's pretty much dead and while the bear may not be fast when fighting, despite its weight and size a bear is very fast when chasing, so if the fighter tries to run, again chances are he's as good as dead. all in all, the bear is a winner if the human is not armed with a weapon such as a spear, blade or whatever. gimme 5 yo
If the human had a pen knife or a spoon, would he win, do you think?, maybe if it was asleep and you approached from behind? Or as is said, Hand to paw only Texter, how much do bears charge to fight then. I recon about £8 pay per view
Yeah I must say this thread made me laugh, but yeah if this strong human has no weapons, he is basically F***** and the Bear would kill him any day even if it is muzzled and declawed. Imagine this... Bear swipes paw across the head of the human = broken neck for the human. Bear drops on human = Human Paralyzed or bones crushed by weight. I would say Bear wins... any day in this scenario
