Ati OpenGl 4.0 Preview Driver

Its a discussion thread we are discussing what works and what doesnt we know its a beta and we all know very well that beta's arent final and are buggy

if no one provides any feedback then how are any of us going to know if others have the same problem with the beta

also to fix low performance in quake wars type r_usethreadedrenderer 2 into the console

 

Well, these are a no go for me... just tried em and cant even get into windows 7, gets to the logo and the pc just restarts. Back to 10.3a's!

Get 10.3b. This one is just for testing OpenGL 4.0 and compatibility.

 

Some of the users in this forum are so pathetic....It pains me to open a thread expecting to read some interesting info about the subject and only getting endless name calling and trash talk.
If you don't know how to behave in a forum just avoid them.

If the latter I suggest you take a break from internet usage as being offended by people even unintentionally upsetting your sensibilities is simply too much to be able to handle the nature of internet forums.

 

Anyone ever thought the people who say they got massive increases in DX games may have had a bad driver install on the previous drivers they had.

Anyway, these do seem the same as 10.3a nothing changed in any games for me but things do seem a little nippier.
