Well Assassin's Creed 2 & BFBC2 will be out soon, see if ATi really can give us the Crossfire profiles on the same release day. They stated this in a interview.

BFBC2 is about 80% downloaded over here, so I'll get back to you on that.
Though there was some pretty good Crossfire support in the beta, if that's any indication to the retail version.

  3. anyone getting the flickering textures in BFBC2 when in crossfire mode with these drivers?

driver gains its not that the new driver is awesome, is that the old one is SUCKY.

Drivers are expected to fully use the hardware they sold, not to get it released this power trough months (which could be nice for a toppppppp card, but if you buy a normal card, when it uses the power, its outdated)

So what will the difference be with the official release of the 10.3? Does anyone know when it will be released?

Edit: sorry, just saw the other comment and yes i usually have ai set to advanced so ill change it to standard for bc2. thanks :)

The flickering only happens in BC2 when you have two GPUs in CrossFire. It was a bug that Dice fixed back in the beta. Apparently they are using a build that didn't include this fix.

Im getting flickering on some textures like glass and sometimes in water (sea) but after that it is running great.

Edited. The flickering is gone when I disable AA.

You can fix flickering by enabling HDAO (or what it was) and disabling it again. or vice versa.

But to the point, getting heavy graphical corruptions with these drivers in supreme commander 2, any idea what could cause it?

Since the 10.2 drivers got released on 2/17, then I would predict the 10.3 drivers to be released in around 2 weeks from today. (Which would be... 3/17.)

Lol that is useless, last release date gives no hint about the next driver release. Have a look to Cat 10.1 relase, different to the next.

ATI should know 10.3 set is way better than 10.2, so they should release it ASAP...

Let them do their jobs... I rather wait till the 20th or somethings and get a rock solid perfomance enhanced set =P
The 1.0.3pre are excelente drivers to hang on to while the oficial set doesn't get a release date.
