If you bothered to read the thread, the law in the UK states that a child CAN NOT censent to sex as they are under the legal age limit, and its upto the adult to know the childs age.
Hell, how about if the kid was 3 years old? Can they consent, or refuse?
There has to be a cut of age limit and 16 is it.
