Thanks for the idea. Poulan EBV215 12A Electric Leaf Blower $46 360 CFM, 72 dB. Placed outside to make a cold air induction system. The 4 inch HVAC inline fan I use was over a $100 for 200 plus CFM, but pretty much silent.

The best idea would be to have your CPU/video card be watercooled and run it into another small room, like a closest-sized room, where there's a window AC running full blast all the time.
