They have a driver released every month, today it was confirmed that they are due. So what exactly is the big deal with waiting a few more hours?

Resolved Issues for the Windows 7 Operating System
-120 Hz is no longer missing from display modes for specific digital displays

WHY WOULD THEY NOT FIX THIS ON WINDOWS XP?

I think I shall stick to the 8.70RC2 release as they are sweet drivers.

Although anyone using xfire care to check to see if they have fixed the flashbang bug in MW2? Also could someone check the release notes and see if they have added Bad Company 2 xfire support as I am not sure if the 8.70rc2 will have this. Thanks.

Hi. My nVidia card (8800GTS) broke around september-ish. My options were to by an old graphic-card or and new graphic-card. Obviously, I went with the new one. Since I am a competative gamer, and experience flawed mouse-controll in Windows 7 (Which i've tried three times) I settled for XP for the time being, another reason for this are that Dirt 2 doesn't interest me that much, or any other DirectX 11 game out so-far.

If a game would come out that interests me, I would gladly switch OS again, or set up a Dual-boot.. Does this make me a so called "XP noob"?

If so, please state your argument.

Yes, It still wont work for me though, sadly.

XP is outdated, that's why. Time to get with the times my friend.

Yes, I know this ofcourse, and I honestly gave it a real chance.
Maybe I'm a XP fanboy, but i think my reasons to stay with it is pretty legit, don't you?

    Anyways, 'nuff off-topic from me!

    Personally I would use the 8.70 RC2.

This release is a little bit egg in the face, but like I said expect an update, probably just an INF fix though.

Again, what's the problem with this release, and why use 8.70 RC2 over this release? Because 8.70 RC2 is a newer driver than 8.69?
