Nvidia 196.21 WHQL Drivers released

sadly same error here, i just installed and pump.. no shader setting..

 

The only thing that doesnt work in precision is the shader button.If you have automatic overclock settings saved from the last drivers like I do,then precision works fine.

 

yah i see that, but in my case, i can´t sinc my two cards in order to match their clocks/ memory and core.

 

Just like spine said, it's so easy to adjust the bios with Nibitor. It always works, with every driver and every OS, absolutely trouble free. You should only make sure the settings are stable before you put them in there.

 

Sorry but after further checking even the auto overclock feature isnt working.My fan speeds up but nothing else.So I guess overclocking is broken in precision with these drivers.

 

There's no new drivers on nVidia official website....

 

Still showing up for me.

Choosing 200 series, leaving on the 295 card, Win7 64-bit. The drivers are still there as of two seconds ago.

I can still change the fan speed with evga precision, but no the other things, i only change the fan because here in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, my house, my study room, tends to get very hot

 

These drivers are pretty good for Dragon Age, they speed up loading times on my system and better FPS

 

Strange, when i choose my GTX260, then show me 195.62 drivers... But thank You

 

OMG, this drivers sucks, even can't overclock in MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision, no SHaders clock.

 

Fallout 3 still stutters while turning (only if you have max detail on water and aa enabled)

Vantage has also stutters while benchmarking.

Performance and iq ok.

Omg i start 2 hate nvidia for the 19x.xx drivers.

Why there is no driver like the 188.22 4 example and have not this fuc kin stutters in FO3 and Vantage.... I want the new game fixes and profiles too but i hate if it destroys older games....

 

I had that same problem, but at that time i didn't know of the "clean" install (with driver sweeper an such), so i did that and it fix it, you make the clean install?

 

Dirt 2 SLI

The Dirt 2 SLI profile is working well for me, with the ultra graphics patch installed at 1900x1200 2xAA I now get around min 47fps, max 59fps, this is up from 35fps/45fps with the same settings on the older drivers, so I will be keeping them for now

 

Drivers has come with SLI support for Dirt 2 etc. But we need patch for this game too. To increase performance and better SLI support etc. You have patch for Dirt 2 ?

 

Yes i had make a clean install with driver sweeper but i never had 19x.xx drivers without this fo3 bug -.-

 

nope, I just installed these drivers nothing else, this is at standard GTX295 clocks, so hopefully it can only get better

 

Stuttering :-(

Stuttering in Tomb Raider: Underworld on Max Settings, 1680x1050, also stuttering in Mass Effect with AA enabled in nvidia cp.
