DX11 is only better on paper, in reality it means very little if no one uses it to its full potential. We may see a glimpse of that with Crysis2 though, but we're years away from it being used fully.
There's no R18 rating for games (there is for movie/everything else), so if it doesn't fit with MA15+ or less then it's banned (RC). There's just one old idiot who is opposing the introduction and of course the vote to introduce a new rating has to be unanimous. This has been going on for a long while.
The graphics of this game look amazing in the video claps that i've seen, but those pictures don't look the best :S
i hate when they advertise and hype around with new tech like DX11 which is already useless in fast action sequences >_<..who is ging to care for tessellation effects? or what was it? ahh comon..give me the gamealready with even Dx9!!
Those screens look excellent imho... Lack of AA in them might suggest that the full game won't support them? even then, if it plays like a gem, I'll be getting it that's for sure!
Is anybody else worried that this is being developed by the same developer who did Rogue Warrior? I mean, I hope this is an awesome game, but after playing that turd, I'm just a little worried.
Tesselation is awesome.They can codepath in dx11 way faster than dx10 or dx10.1 and dx11 will bring us multicore support for our currently useless quad core cpu's.There are way more benefits especially for programmers but i am boring to write more things.
