You guys are going to the wrong Chinese joints. I love my weekly fix of satay chicken or hokkien mee w/ chopsticks. Or a fix of tira misu. That stuff is straight fattening, but I have plenty of room to spare so noone will notice.
Listening to music and trying to pretend that i'm the singer or guitarist. I do this in private so I don't look like a total idiot. I go as far as trying to strum with my left hand when listening to Nirvana lol.

this is actually due to the MSG in most asian foods... if you actually get the stuff without MSG it tasts much better, IMO. also its actually filling.
If properly done, Chinese food isn't really fattening and high in salt. Traditional Chinese food isn't high in salt nor really fattening. I know this because I'm ethnically Chinese and do eat traditional Chinese food. It's those take-out/Americanized Chinese food places put a lot of salt and a **** load of oil on the food. deltatux
