    İ have shapphire HD4770 when i set voltage up to 1,2V program acts like its at 1,2Volt but when i check it from HWmonitor its still at 0.95, nothing changes.
    Same voltage, same temparature, same o.c. capacity.
    Whats the problem?, my friend owns the same card and he can increase voltage.

    Is your card able to change the voltage without needing to Flash the BIOS to an unlocked one?

    hmm, you better watch out for other replys too then...
    Because i know its possible to increase the voltage with afterburner without biosflashing...

    Do you have EnableUnofficialOverclocking set to 0 in the Afterburner config file? Also, when you change the voltage, try and change the core or memory clocks at the same time and see if the voltage change applies.

    Also, don't use HWmonitor. Just change your voltage from v1.00 to v1.20 and see if the temperature changes so you know if it worked.

    its set to "0" and i tryed what you said, still nothing changes..
    i tryed with both 9.10 and 9.11 drivers, i know people who has the same card and increased the voltage with afterburner....
    i tryed asustop bios and smartdoctor and it worked but afterburner is not working...
    is it something to do with my motherboard bios setting or something?
    i dont understand...

    My bad, it should be set to "1", not "0" :D. Not sure what I was thinking when I posted that! Try again after you've changed it.

    lol, thanks but voltage still not working, after setting it to "1" it allowed me to overclock more then CCC limits but voltage is not working, i think it wont work with my card, maybe next version eh?

    What model is your card? XFX with black PCB? Those don't have a 5 phase voltage regulator AFAIK and only have 2 states, 0.9v and 1.0v.

    You might want to try an older version (1.3.0) so you can find out the appropriate 3D state voltage :

    Thanks man, that worked!

    [Settings]
    L6788A_Detection = 1
    L6788A_Defaults = D4 24

    you rock, thank you very much!....

    i think voltage goes down when i overclock, i set voltage to 1.2 then core temp jump up to 60C, when i overclock while its at 1.2 temperature goes down to 55, i overclock but temparature goes down...that means voltage goes back to default after overclock, wow....what now?

    Overclock apply, than voltage apply.

    Try that.:)

    Does not work, only works with default speeds, if i overclock after or before voltage does not work...

    I dont know, maybe you should try another register such as D5, D6 or D7

    it works with 1.3.0 version, but in that version i cant enable unofficaloverclocking....
    so now i can increase voltage and overclock with CCC limits, which is useless, itryed rivatuner for overclocking then voltage goes down to default...
    if i install 1.4.1 i can overclock further but if i overclock voltage doesnt work...

    is there a way to enable unofficaloverclock in 1.3.0 ?

    How do you know? Is there any way of increasing VGPU on my Powercolour HD4770 other than flashing to the ASSus TOP bios or hard modifying?

    I've tried the ASSus TOP bios with great success...but need to use the HDMI port on the card so my wifi antenna is not bent at an angle that renders the card useless to me as happens when I am forced to use the DVI port due to the ASSus bios not making use of the HDMI port :bang:
