17 23rd November, legal in the UK, but I think it's a bit weird obsessing over that really. I like Miley and have her book and things, but I don't just think wow legal as that's creeeepy. Miley, Taylor and Hayden Panettiere are my 3 favourite celebs.
They are long gone, if at all very few can be found. I've met a few, and they are usually always out of my reach anyway. Oh well. They don't last long, if you meet one, do your best to get along.

Hahah I don't usually use that term when I think about it it does sound a bit creepy. I just remember when I was 21 and this girl turned 18 she told me she was "legal now" so I figured it was a common saying?
