Yep, there is no MW2 drama, the petition thing was unimportant to them. This is just to get them cheap publicity, newspapers run stories on things like this, might will help console gamers who are sitting on the fence.
that's a nice gesture regardless if it was for marketing reasons or not. When was the last time a gaming or computer company who screwed up and did any donations? I don't recall any. This is good as it's doing good for the community regardless. Others would just make up BS and that's it. deltatux
Well, another one bites the dust, not surprising really if you take a look at his latest threads Gotta agree, at least the vets are getting some money, doesn't really matter, if the game has crappy MP... Congratz vets!
This is good of Activision, but I won't be buying the game either. 4 of my mates are already playing it on Steam right now and refuse to believe any of the badness I'm showing them about MW2... I guess they can let me know soon enough.
Oh, I thought it was released on the 11th, consufed... confused... that was a genuine typo that I left in to emphasise the point
not on steam, it gets released the 12th on steam, however since this is a game that needs to be activated on steam i'm assuming the people who bought retail can play it on steam now Which is activisions doing btw
Good cause to donate to, great tax cuts for Craptivision. Yes we all know MW2 is just a game. It is the repercussion's to the industry and the very fact they lied about not changing the MP for the PC. Why do people go against the masses when corporation **** over the consumer? Our business fuels there existence and enables them to pay there drones. IWnet will fail, don't worry, I hope. :3eyes:
