Did you mean Al Pachino or Robert Dinero? To me they are both great actors and IMHO could do each others roles and still come out shining. I see them as equals.
It's a tough choice, I still do not know. However, asking a few people, they seem to say Robert Deniro. Both are great, however.
Had this debate with my friends the other day, both said De Niro, I said Pacino. They are pretty much equal though, I just prefer Pacino.
Both are great actors , but i find De Niro slightly better...Pacino is usually[not always] playing just nasty/bad character roles while i have seen De Niro in a much bigger variety of roles, from evil/nasty to comical/funny and more "emotional" roles. Though i must say Pacino's acting in Carlito's Way was just great! Just my opinion, i find De Niro slightly better and more "versatile" if i may say so P.S: Both have dissapointed me in the last few years though..they take part in such terrible movies
Ditto. BTW, They , to me are in a class w/ Tom Cruise.Their movies, and their roles are wonderful, but i can't stand any of the three.Make any sense? It's a credit to great acting.
Did he pull it off? - NO, not the dress, the role! Sicko! The thing with R.D. is that he's been pretty type cast, and when he does "comedy" it feels uncomfortable.I loved him in Meet The Parents, but even though it was a comedy, he was his old bad a$$ self.
Can't remember much about it, managed to distract her about half an hour into the film and when we came up for air there was only 10 minutes left lol... she's going to make me watch it again properly so I'll report back if anyone still cares! lol
honestly ive only ever like pacino in scarface didnt much care for him in godfather preparing to be flamed deniro in fockers haha
Both are great, but De Niro has a touch more variety, while Pacino tends to do over the top alot more, especially the older he got. Still not got round to Godfather2, but used to love Heat, so glad to see that the BluRay is out, as due another watch soon.
like every one said both are great actors and they are the best.HEAT was a really good movie and I like the fire fight in the middle when they just robed the bank and they spot the cops and that was a great fight scene imo
Haven't got around to Godfather 2? watch it, it's a classic, part 3 is like the sequel to most films, you watch it, but it doesn't live up to your expectations.
