I don't even use prone. I don't have the patience to sit and wait just to get a kill.. I wanna be cutting people and running around. not laying down.
LOL. interestingly, when i feel a bit COVER and fight, i get killed more easily and make less frag. but when i rage around with self trust i make better kills and less deaths.
PC games are now w ank didnt you get the memo ? spending £200+ on a graphics card just so we can play console ports Yay!
LOL you complain about campers, yet you fail to see that real army personal "camp" and prone all the time. IMO removing prone makes it more of a run & gun style game, which i do not like and there are to many of. personally i think that prone should be in every military game. this is due to the fact that rarely anyone knows how to work as a team.
You are first person I have ever heard say that. The truth is in fact quite the opposite, it's one of the things that makes BF2 so good. I'm getting tired of hearing this now... it seems to be the in thing to say... There are loads of great PC games that aren't console ports, there just happens to be a lot of console ports too, many of which are better than the console versions. It's a win/win situation.
So they suddenly changed their minds after promising prone for PC version? Lame. It's not a gamebreaker for me, but you should be able to go prone.
I get dizzy when barf and I'm always running around and stabbing and surprising people around corners. Its sometimes nice to go prone and camp and shoot people on the face. There's this map on COD: WAW which I really hate, its really small and everyone running pell-mell its damn crazy.
Oh well, they toke it out of both versions because it made the game boring. I didn't care for it anyway. At least we still have mods, normal price, and dedicated servers
Ummm ....why.....then they will remove an option to jump then followed the option of sprint in games? After then comes the no Fire button......just /facepalm
But this means that we PC gamers will play with console "users". Otherwise i dont see the point of it. ?
