    Thx!

This is perfect timing with the Batman Arkham Asylum 1.1 patch that should fix PhysX in the game? Hopefully it does work well with this new physx driver? :)

@HaZe303: it does work well with batman 1.1, I checked it now :) haven't benchmarked though..

@zaft: I also had some network error at installation. I don't know what it is, but at least the driver works.

my mistake... I had a "network error" during installation but I had not uninstalled previous physx driver, so it probably got messed up.
also couldn't uninstall the new one completely after that.

I used some driver sweeping & registry cleaning and reinstalled,
no problem now, installed & works flawlessly, win7 32bit

btw: are there any benefits when using a 64bit OS with this set ?

    "64bit ready". I guess this means supporting both 32 & 64
anyway, problem solved. and it does work fine on 32bit :)

hey Zogrim, your work is much appreciated. kudos to you !!

  18. So, with the installation path changed, do we still need version 8.09.04?

Judging by the file size it's only an update, correct?

8.09.04 is the last version to offer drivers and demos for the AGEIA PPU PhysX 100 card whereas later versions like this one only contains the PhysX runtimes, if you have a AGEIA PPU you need 8.09.04 first to get the latest drivers for it but if you already have them you won't need that version. :)
(Ofcourse you won't need it if you have a CUDA NVIDIA GPU capable card like a 8600 and above.)
