Nvidia 190.56 beta drivers.

Only thing that these drivers did to me was broke Nhancer, but I can live without Nhancer for a while.

 

look back a page, i posted a modified nvapps.xml which will allow nhancer to run.

for some reason they've started putting "predefined" in the name tag...... for 2 games.

just drop it into system32 overwriting the original.

why is there a difference in size if I download from 2 different sources?
Guru3D download = 75.4 mb
laptopvideo2go download = 90.5 mb

 

Uhm...I must to contradict myself....it doesn' t work, if I move the mouse all frequencies rise up in 3d mode....back to 182.52! :3eyes:

Try it and see. I've yet to test these on my 8800GTS, but then again I've not seen much improvement in the last maybe 5 driver releases, but hopefully I'll get a boost out of these!

 

i only play SFIV and these driver seems to make the characters look even more sharper and more detailed than 190.48 ))) happy user here

 

3hrs of lfs resulted crash, so far best drivers since 185+ as everything seemed to work right

yet to see if i get these stable with tweaking or go back to 182

 

Really should be using DVI/HDMI for an HDTV, better colours, sharper and cleaner looking too.

These are fine for "FullHD" over DVI, and tbh, no difference for me from 190.38 in games, at least nothing worth mentioning, nothing seems to be broken either though.

 

I think they've been broken since the 170.xxx series on & off, IIRC??

Even if they haven't i don't trust them so I set everything globally now..

It seems AA doesn't work in some apps if override is used. Any comments on that?

 

This error comes from the driver, many 9800GTX(+) or 250GTS user have this trouble ... also without nhancer or stupid oc ;O)

 

Fans still not working correctly? then i won't even test these.

Also latest/newest drivers without fan problems seems to be 186.35 from Windows Update

 

not sure, the last set i was using was the 185's for XP32, and all my profiles worked fine.

its more the fact that the profiles set SLI, and game fixes.

windows update drivers are like russian roulette

I downloaded directly from nVidia:

XP 32-bit = 71,126 KB

Win7/Vista 32-bit = 68,631 KB

 

wow theses are bad.

 

I cant read my gpu temps with these drivers
