Ate Zoloft for about 2 years..and then stopped with it and brought my ass to the gym. The best medicine are purely natural.

It´s was been proved that physical activities in form of exercise or other sports are in some cases more effective in fighting depression then the most common chemicals for it, ex sertalin, paroxetin, fluoxetin etc.

but since i bother typing this crap, i take your usual over the counter pain killers for headaches and when i have the flu i buy some stuff to make cocktails...
i will not bother with names since each country has a different name for each medicine

50 mg luvox 1 daily

1 mg xanax supposed to be 3 times a day but i only do once a day

25 mg vistaril again supposed to be 3 and i do one

2 mg tennex 1 daily

 

A Shovel and Pic once a week as well as a hike in the small canyon atleast 1 a week

 

On weekdays, caffeine in the morning, on friday and/or saturday nights, nicotine and alcohol.

 

2x 75mg Naklofen - Sodium diclofenac (when having headaches, toothache)
2x 100mg Olfen - Sodium diclofenac (got a discus hernia)
Voltaren injections (when the pain in the spine is rly bad)

Basicaly I'm becoming slowly imune to this Diclofenac - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diclofenac
A few years ago 1x75mg was enough for everything...

Aspirin, and any other stuff containing paracetamol are like candies with a bad taste for me, and don't help a crap..

Well, I was skeptical from the very beginning but in the end decided to do as the doctor said and take the pill. :eyes: Having now worked my ass off in the gym both with weights and cardio (at least 4 times a week, minimum 1h each) I feel that I'm pretty much immune against depressions..
Its difficult to be depressed if the body is pumping out endorphins.
Plus, it has helped with discipline elsewhere.

Now, I suppose I eat about max 15 head ache pill each year..I try to avoid it too if possible. Medicine often treat symptoms but not the root cause(s).
